SFD Marketing Agreement
ADVERTISEENTS, PROMOTIONS, and EXTERNAL LINKS:
You agree that advertisements and promotions will not be used outside the designated areas. SFD does not personally promote, endorse, or accept any liability for products and services advertised and/or rendered on this site. You understand and agree that some of the service may include advertisements and that they are necessary for SFD to provide their services at little to no cost to its members. You agree not to obscure any advertisements from external view by any means. BY using the SFD site you agree that SFD has the right to run such advertisements without prior notice, and without recompense to you or any other user. The manner, mode, and extent of advertising on SFD are subject to change at the sole discretion of the SFD staff. Your communications or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of any advertisers found on SFD including by not limited to payment and delivery of goods or services, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree that SFD nor anyone associated with SFD shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort occurred as the result of such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the site or this service. This site and its server or relevant third parties may provide links to other websites or resources in the designated area for such services, advertisements and promotions. Because SFD has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that SFD is not responsible for any availability of such external sites and resources and does not endorse nor is it responsible and/ or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such site or resources. You also acknowledge and agree that SFD shall not be responsible or liable directly or indirectly for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, good, or services available on or through any such site or resource. Links for advertisement and/or for promotional purposes are not permitted to be posted in any public areas of the site including but not limited to profiles, emails, chat-rooms, or blogs. Link may be posted in appropriate areas only such as the advertisement page and group activity pages. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete Program application via our site. We will evaluate your application and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include those that:
If we reject your application, you are welcome to re-apply to the Program at any time. You should also note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined (in our sole discretion) to be unsuitable for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement. Links on Your Site
Once you have been notified that your site has been accepted into the Program, you may provide your site with one or more of the following types of links to our site:
We will provide you with guidelines and graphical artwork to use in linking to our home page. To permit accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual, we will provide you with special "tagged" link formats to be used in all links between your site and our site. You must ensure that each of the links between your site and our site properly utilize such special link formats. Links to our site placed on your site pursuant to this Agreement and which properly utilize such special link formats are referred to as "Special Links." You will earn referral fees only with respect to activity on our site occurring directly through Special Links; we will not be liable to you with respect to any failure by you to use Special Links, including to the extent that such failure may result in any reduction of amounts that would otherwise be paid to you pursuant to this Agreement. |
